Dr. Leila Straehla serves Oklahoma City patients that come into Oklahoma Foot and Ankle Institute. She attended Kansas State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to Des Moines University of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines Iowa. She completed a three-year surgical residency in Aventura Florida at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. In her last two years of residency she served as the Chief resident.
Dr. Straehla is Board Qualified in Foot surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and is Board Certified by the American College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Straehla lives in Oklahoma City with her husband. They enjoy going to Oklahoma State and Kansas State football games. Dr. Straehla enjoys an active lifestyle of swimming, yoga, and playing with her dog. She specializes in all types of podiatric medicine including preventative care, conservative care, and surgery.
